The service and who provides it

Neural Signal is a market-information and research service provided by [To be confirmed by the operator before public Early Access: operator legal name]. During Early Access it is free: no payment is collected and no card is requested. Features may change, be limited or be withdrawn while the service is in Early Access.

Not financial advice

Content is general information and research only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice and does not take your objectives, financial situation or needs into account. Research conditions, scores, scenarios and illustrative scenario levels are modelled or calculated; they are not recommendations or instructions to buy, sell or hold any asset, and they do not promise any outcome. Where evidence is missing the service shows “Insufficient evidence” rather than a score. Neural Signal does not execute trades or hold assets.

Early Access eligibility and registration

Early Access is by invitation or approval only. You can redeem an invitation issued to you, or request access and wait for a decision. An invitation is personal to the email address (or organisation domain) it names, can be used once and expires. Early Access is offered in Australia, Canada, the United States and Türkiye. To register you must accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. Optional choices, such as product updates, analytics and research studies, are separate, off by default and can be changed at any time in the privacy centre.

Your account

You sign in with single-use email links; there is no password. Keep access to your email account secure, because anyone who controls it can sign in as you. We may suspend or remove access to protect the service or other members; suspension ends your sessions but does not delete your data. Account deletion is available through the privacy centre.

Data and third-party content

Market data comes from third-party providers and public sources. It may be delayed, incomplete, revised or unavailable, and it is labelled with its source and observation time where available. You may share links and your own commentary, but you must not republish raw provider data or remove source and limitation labels.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, bulk-download or redistribute the service or its data.
• Do not attempt to access another member's account or data, or share invitation links with anyone they were not issued to.
• Do not interfere with the security or operation of the service.

Community content

Community watchlists are created by members and reviewed before publication. They are research collections, not Neural Signal recommendations. Member email addresses are never shown with community content.

Payments

Paid plans are not open. Before any payment is taken, the applicable price, billing, cancellation and refund terms will be shown and must be accepted.

Changes to these terms

Each version of these Terms has its own version identifier. A changed version is published as a new version; the version you accepted is kept on record, and you will be asked to accept a materially changed version before continuing to use the service.
