| Access decisions: who approved, suspended or removed access, and when | When the owner or an administrator decides | Security and accountability |
| Optional research profile: interests, goals, report frequency, experience, time horizon, risk posture and budget band | When you complete your profile | To order research and suggestions. It does not change facts, prices or thresholds. |
| Research you create: watchlists, alerts, notes, portfolio scenarios, economic scenarios, feedback and support cases | When you use those features | To provide the features to you |

| Hashed rate-limiting counters | When you request access or redeem an invitation | To prevent abuse. No address or IP is stored in the clear. |
We do not ask for passwords, brokerage credentials or payment card details during Early Access.
Emails we send
- Service messages (sign-in links, email verification, access decisions, invitations you were sent, and data-rights responses) are necessary to run your account and are sent regardless of optional choices.
- Alert notifications are sent only if you turn email notifications on, and never to an address that has bounced or complained.
- Product updates and research briefs are sent only if you opt in. Every one has an unsubscribe link that works without signing in; withdrawal takes effect for future messages immediately.
Cookies and browser storage
- Session cookie (ns_access): essential. It keeps you signed in for up to 7 days and is HttpOnly and Secure.
- Analytics choice (ns_analytics_consent): records your choice for 12 months. Analytics is off until you turn it on. If your browser sends Do Not Track, analytics stays off.
- Browser storage: remembers preferences such as language, theme and drafts on your device.
Service providers
- Cloudflare: hosting, database and bot protection on sign-in forms (Turnstile).
- Resend: sends service messages, alert notifications you enabled, and product updates you opted into.
- Twilio: sends SMS codes when phone verification is switched on.
- OpenAI: when model-assisted answers are switched on, receives your question, the visible page context and a one-way hash of your account, with provider storage turned off.
- TradingView: loads its own widgets on a few chart and calendar pages.
- Stripe: payments are not active during Early Access.
How long we keep information
- Sign-in and verification links expire after 30 minutes, invitations at their stated expiry, and sessions after 7 days.
- Account and research records are kept while your account is open and removed when a deletion request is fulfilled.
- Records needed for legal, financial or security reasons (access decisions, consent history, accepted versions, financial records) are kept and pseudonymised after deletion.
- Retention schedule: [To be confirmed by the operator before public Early Access: retention periods for analytics, audit and closed-account records].
Your choices and rights
- Turn product updates, analytics and research studies on or off at any time in the privacy centre.
- Download a copy of your data from the privacy centre. It contains only your own records.
- Request a correction or deletion of your account in the privacy centre. Deletion ends every session and removes your member content.
- Suspension or removal of access is separate from deletion and does not delete your data.
- Data-rights process: [To be confirmed by the operator before public Early Access: how requests are verified and answered, and the rights that apply in each country]. Response time: [To be confirmed by the operator before public Early Access: response time].
Security
Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Sign-in and invitation tokens are single-use and stored only as hashes, session cookies are HttpOnly, and every member request is authorised on the server. No service can promise absolute security.
Where Early Access is offered and age
Early Access is offered in Australia, Canada, the United States and Türkiye. Minimum age: [To be confirmed by the operator before public Early Access: minimum age].
